  1. When you were invited to join your OurLetter you received an email with a "welcome" link. The best way to get into your OurLetter is to find that email and click on that link.
  2. If you can't find that email, please click here to fill out this form. A new welcome email will be sent to you.
  3. If you are having trouble with the process, please ask the person who invited you to make sure they have typed your email address correctly. They can change it if needed and send another welcome email.
